📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing daily operations of the coffee shop.
  • Oversee staff scheduling and performance.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
  • Assist in training new staff members.
  • Support the Store Manager in marketing and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the coffee or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
