Rejeki Bimo Bakery is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet operations and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are in top condition. This role is crucial in supporting our delivery and logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Oversee the fueling and servicing of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and fuel efficiency.,Monitor vehicle usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and efficient driving practices and adherence to company policies.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, usage, and performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing delivery routes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
