📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement casemix policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
• Analyze casemix data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in patient care and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrators, and other stakeholders to implement data-driven strategies that enhance patient outcomes and streamline operations.
• Monitor and evaluate casemix performance metrics to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and support to casemix staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure our casemix management processes are current and effective.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on casemix performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure that casemix data is accurately and securely managed, in compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in casemix management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility setting.
• Strong knowledge of casemix management software and tools, such as Casemix, DRG, and ICD-10 coding systems.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing casemix management strategies to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in casemix management or a related field is a plus.
