📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sanitation policies and programs aligned with national and provincial health standards.
• Oversee the construction and maintenance of public sanitation infrastructure, including sewage systems and waste disposal facilities.
• Coordinate with local governments and stakeholders to ensure the effective management of water resources and waste.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of sanitation programs, using data to drive continuous improvement.
• Advocate for public health initiatives and promote community engagement in sanitation efforts.
• Manage a team of sanitation officers and technical staff, providing guidance and support for their daily operations.
• Collaborate with international organizations and donors to secure funding and resources for sanitation projects.
• Represent the provincial government at national and international forums to promote best practices in public health and sanitation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in public health, sanitation, or environmental management.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale sanitation projects and programs.
• Strong understanding of national and provincial health regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Certification in public health management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
