Information Security Specialist (Technical & Governance)

As an Information Security Specialist at Central Mega Kencana, you'll work closely with our IT team to implement and maintain robust security measures. You'll be responsible for conducting regular security assessments, monitoring our systems for potential threats, and responding to security incidents. This role requires a strong understanding of both technical security controls and governance frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans using tools like Nessus, Qualys, and OpenVAS.
• Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts from our SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) system, such as Splunk or IBM QRadar.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with our governance frameworks.
• Provide security awareness training to employees and conduct security drills to test our incident response capabilities.
• Collaborate with our IT team to ensure the security of our infrastructure, including our networks, servers, and applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and trends, and recommend improvements to our security posture.
• Participate in third-party audits and assessments, such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, to ensure compliance with our governance frameworks.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for security-related projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in information security, with a strong focus on both technical and governance aspects.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of security governance frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.
• Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners.
• Proven ability to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound security decisions.
