📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product information and answering customer inquiries.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues they may have.,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Assist in promotional activities and sales events to drive customer engagement and increase sales.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Learn and understand the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Proficient in using basic office software such as Microsoft Office.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
