📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Attend and participate in industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.,Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with the sales process and best practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
