📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and serving.,Manage and train the kitchen crew to ensure that they are following all health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of food inventory, usage, and waste.,Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment is in good working order.,Work with the management team to develop and implement new menu items and specials.,Ensure that the kitchen is operating efficiently and effectively, and that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Experience in managing and training kitchen staff.,Experience in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.,Experience in developing and implementing new menu items and specials.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
