📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, including sample collection, preparation, and analysis.,Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results through proper calibration, maintenance, and quality control procedures.,Providing technical support to the laboratory team, including troubleshooting equipment issues and training new staff.,Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in laboratory operations.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure that laboratory services meet the needs of the organization.,Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.,Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines, including health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Providing technical expertise and guidance to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as laboratory science, biology, chemistry, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in laboratory operations and quality control.,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, techniques, and procedures, as well as a deep understanding of quality control and quality assurance principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices, including ISO, GMP, and GLP.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
