📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to enhance team performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer support.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales consulting or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Bali is a plus.
