Indonesia Medical is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our medical equipment distribution network in the Kebayoran Lama area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer service, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage your team and operations from anywhere while maintaining a strong presence in the Kebayoran Lama market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the medical equipment distribution network in the Kebayoran Lama area.,Manage a team of sales representatives and ensure they meet their sales targets.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hospitals, clinics, and medical equipment suppliers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of medical equipment to customers.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to team members.,Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field in the medical equipment industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of the medical equipment market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
