NOKIA Sentosa is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.
  • Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.
  • Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all store transactions and activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.
  • Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in store management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior.
