📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety standards are met,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling,Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes,Participate in cost control and menu planning activities,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with local and international cuisine,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively,Valid food handler's certificate
