📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the Factory Outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the store.,Manage a team of sales associates, providing training, motivation, and performance evaluations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to plan and execute promotions and events.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Report to the regional manager on a regular basis to discuss sales performance and operational issues.
