📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organization
• Support the office manager with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and travel logistics
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and messages
• Prepare and maintain important documents and records
• Assist with inventory management and office supplies
• Support the HR team with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
