KINETIC Indonesia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Bojonegoro, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR function, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns, grievances, and disputes.,Assist in the organization and execution of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including discipline, termination, and exit interviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
