📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the vessel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Plan and execute navigation routes, considering weather conditions, fuel efficiency, and cargo requirements.,Maintain and inspect all vessel equipment, including engines, navigation systems, and safety gear.,Ensure the well-being and safety of the crew, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.,Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth docking and undocking procedures.,Monitor and report on fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and other operational metrics.,Train and mentor new crew members, fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's License and other relevant certifications (e.g., STCW, ISM, ISPS).,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with ECDIS and other advanced navigation systems is a plus.
