📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.,Monitor and maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and process payroll for employees, including calculating salaries, deductions, and taxes.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Support the Finance Manager in managing vendor payments and ensuring timely payments.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations is a plus.
