📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Assist the lead nurse in managing the healthcare unit.,Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, assisting with treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.,Document patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality.,Support the lead nurse in educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.,Maintain a clean and organized healthcare unit.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional skills.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
