📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Verify and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and reports.
• Provide financial support to the management team by analyzing financial data and trends.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in income auditing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
