📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and baking.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served according to health and safety regulations.,Manage a team of kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.,Prepare and maintain accurate records of food production and sales.,Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-maintained at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work well as part of a team.,Valid food handler's permit.
