📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of supervisors and provide guidance and support as needed.,Monitor performance and productivity, and implement strategies to improve both.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise.,Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of operational management and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
