📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to meet their targets.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all operational activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that operational goals are aligned with the overall business strategy.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
