📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the sales team in the assigned area, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and support.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and development.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Seed Silver Unggul products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other company events as required.,Represent Seed Silver Unggul at industry events, trade shows, and other professional gatherings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the agricultural industry and the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
