New Hub Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to work effectively in a remote environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate with department heads to address HR-related issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage HR documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
