📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to employees on safety practices, procedures, and emergency response.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all safety equipment and personal protective gear (PPE) are properly maintained and available for use.,Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and trends to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that safety considerations are integrated into all aspects of the business.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging safety trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety coordination, construction safety, or a related field.,Certification in safety management, such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Safety and Health Administrator (OSHA).,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations related to safety and health at work.,Strong understanding of construction safety practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using safety management software and tools.
