📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic production plans to meet customer demand and business objectives.,Oversee inventory management, including procurement, storage, and distribution, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize costs.,Lead and mentor the PPIC team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.,Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on production status, inventory levels, and key performance indicators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory control systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
