📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Identify training needs and gaps through data analysis and employee feedback.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.,Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that training initiatives are integrated into the overall employee development strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using training management systems and e-learning platforms.
