Mftech Global (M) Sdn. Bhd., a leading provider of innovative technology solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Procurement & Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials and services. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to negotiate contracts, evaluate vendor performance, and drive continuous improvement in our procurement operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve efficiency.,Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery performance.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for cost reduction and improvement.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Conduct regular supplier audits and performance reviews to maintain high standards.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and sourcing.,Develop and maintain supplier databases and procurement documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and sourcing, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices.
