Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment efforts with business needs.,Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.,Stay updated with the latest recruitment technologies and tools to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 3 years in a senior role.,Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of local and international labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with social media platforms and online job boards for talent sourcing.,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
