📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Conduct needs assessments and surveys to gather feedback on training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
