📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct thorough research to identify and attract potential candidates for project-based roles.,Screen and evaluate resumes to ensure they meet the specific requirements of the project.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand project needs and align sourcing efforts accordingly.,Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.,Maintain a database of potential candidates for future project requirements.,Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline status.,Assist in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies tailored to project needs.,Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a high-quality candidate pipeline.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing, preferably in a project-based environment.,Proven track record of successful candidate sourcing and placement.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
