📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the villa, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the villa is always in top condition.
Manage and train a team of butlers to deliver exceptional service to guests.
Handle guest requests and complaints, ensuring they are resolved promptly and professionally.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Prepare and present daily reports on villa operations and guest feedback.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy for villa management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
Proven experience in villa or hotel management, preferably in Bali.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Knowledge of local regulations and customs in Bali.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
Experience with property management software, such as Cezanne or Stayntona, is a plus.
