📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic organizational development programs to enhance employee performance and engagement.
• Conduct needs assessments and design training and development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive enterprise transformation and change management initiatives.
• Leverage data and analytics to measure the impact of organizational development efforts and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate leadership development programs, including coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to create a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in organizational development to inform strategic initiatives.
• Manage and mentor a team of organizational development professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing effective programs.
• Certification in organizational development or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR).
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership and other stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
