📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting, providing valuable insights to support business decisions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis
• Use QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
• Provide financial support to the operations team, including reconciling bank statements and managing petty cash
• Participate in financial audits and reviews, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on accounts payable/receivable
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus
