📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and develop hydraulic press machines and automation equipment using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ANSYS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) to optimize designs and ensure structural integrity.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and documentation for manufacturing and assembly.
- Participate in product testing and validation processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve design processes.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in design and development tasks.
- Contribute to the development of new products and technologies for the company.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design, with a focus on hydraulic press machines and automation equipment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ANSYS.
- Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to travel internationally for project meetings and site visits.
- Certification in ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems is a plus.
