📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of sales enablement projects.,Develop and implement training programs and materials to enhance sales team performance.,Create and maintain sales tools and resources to support the sales process.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.,Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.,Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.,Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of sales enablement concepts and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with project management tools and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
