In your daily tasks, you will be working closely with CAD designers, quality control inspectors, and production supervisors to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in CNC programming and machining, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360.
• Operate and maintain CNC milling machines, ensuring they run smoothly and produce high-quality parts.
• Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of CNC milling machines to ensure their accuracy and reliability.
• Inspect and test machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with CAD designers to translate design specifications into accurate CNC programs.
• Work closely with production supervisors to ensure that production schedules are met.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in CNC technology and manufacturing processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC programming and machining.
• Proficient in using CNC programming software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360.
• Hands-on experience with CNC milling machines and related equipment.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is a plus.
