📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of marketplace specialists, ensuring the smooth operation of our online platform.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and increase market share.
• Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze marketplace performance using tools like Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketplace operations with overall business goals.
• Implement and manage customer service strategies to enhance the shopping experience.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketplace performance.
• Report to the company's leadership on marketplace performance and provide actionable insights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within e-commerce or marketplace operations.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing market share.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Certification in Digital Marketing or E-commerce Management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
